Subject: 2004-2005 Sponsoring Agency Analysis of Cash Resources Report

All nonpublic sponsors of the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program are required to complete an Analysis of Cash Resources Report each year.  The deadline for submitting this report for the 2004-2005 school year is November 30, 2005.

Nonpublic schools should use Form SA-603F and Residential Child Care Institutions (RCCI) and Jails should use Form SA-603F1.   Instructions for each form are available in the Forms section of the website under Cash Analysis.  Completed forms may be faxed to the attention of Barbara St. Louis at (518) 473-0018  or mailed to:
