Subject: 2006-07 Online Reporting for Analysis of Cash Resources Report

To access the online form on CNMS, go to your school’s annual information for 2006-2007, and click on the link for Analysis of Cash Resources. Be sure that you are in the correct year. The data for School Food Service Reimbursement and Warehousing will be automatically filled using CNMS data to ensure accuracy.  All fields must be filled with a value. 

When you have entered all information for all fields, click the “Insert” button to submit the form.

Instructions for completing the forms can be found in the “Forms” section on the Child Nutrition Knowledge Center.

If your school has an excess fund balance (over three months operating expenses), there will be a notice explaining that you must spend down the amount and send a written plan on how the money will be spent.
