Attached is the application for the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP) as well as the Guidance Manual, which provides the information you will need to review before completing the application. Applications must be postmarked by May 22, 2008.

The Selection Criteria Form that the Department will be using to evaluate applications is also attached.  Be sure and read it before submitting your application.
