Under the child nutrition management system on the yellow bar line, click on claims.

Click on new/view.

Under claims query, enter year, program name and new.

Click on find.

The list of site names and LEA codes (recipients) appears, click on new beside each site.

Select month of entry.

Enter program enrollment, number of free eligible students, reduced eligible students, the number of free meals, reduced meals, paid meals and total meals.

Click on insert.

This brings you to the previous page where you can either go onto the next site name or when complete entering all sites, submit claim.
