Under the child nutrition management system on the yellow bar line, click on claims.

Click on new/view.

Under claims query, enter year, program name and view/adjust. Click on find.

Under SFA claim data, under claim period, click on the month you wish to adjust.

Under claim summary/SFA claim history, click on the created date (ex. 30-OCT-05).

The list of site names and LEA codes (recipients) appears, click on view beside the site(s) you are adjusting.

On the next screen, under RA claim history, click on the new adjustment button. Enter the totals as you would for a new claim.

These would be program enrollment, days of service, number of free eligible students, reduced eligible students, number of free meals, reduced meals, paid meals and total meals. Click on insert.

This brings you back to the page with site listings. The change in the number of meals will be shown next to each site you edit.

Please note when only changing enrollment, days of service or free and reduced eligibles, meals counts will be shown as a 0.

When all sites you wish to edit are complete, click on the submit claim button.
