    The Child Nutrition Program Office has several food allergy booklets and an allergy awareness poster available at no charge.  We also have a limited number of Food Allergy Program Training Packages available for a ten day loan for personal viewing, staff development, or sharing with parents. 

    To place your order, print this Food Allergy Resource Order Form, indicating desired quantities.  Include your name, school and address, and fax it to the number listed on the bottom of the form.  To borrow the training package, please e-mail sragule@mail.nysed.gov.
